Description

We have several projects in the field of silicon photonics:
1) Advanced glass-on-silicon hybrid integration for lasers and mid-IR sensors.

3) Nano-photonic devices for flexible optical networks.

Research Field

We innovate photonic technology to enable a faster, greener Internet, as well as sustainable, safer human-environment interactions. Our research focuses on integrated photonics devices and systems, involving silicon photonics, nanophotonics design and fabrication, CMOS-photonics co-design, high-speed optical transmission and sensing, and integrated lasers.
