Denis Boudreau will measure the impact of COVID-19 on food workers

A $2.2 million grant will allow Denis Boudreau and his colleagues at the CHU de Québec Research Center and the University of Montreal to collect precise data on the rate of exposure to coronavirus among workers in the field of diet and on the immune response that this exposure engenders. Funded by the COVID-19 Immunity Task Force, Prof. Boudreau and his team will use surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy to detect antibodies to the virus.
